Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended, any pending withdrawals cancelled, and bonuses forfeited. Funds from duplicate accounts may be retained pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. sotpk will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify sotpk immediately at support@sotpk.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
You are required to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. Any changes to your name, address, contact details, or payment methods must be reported promptly. sotpk reserves the right to suspend accounts where submitted information is found to be false, misleading, or outdated.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. sotpk may apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. You will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied. Account balances that fall to zero following dormancy fees may result in account closure.
sotpk supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. All transactions are processed in PKR with no currency conversion charges applied by sotpk. Third-party fees imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside sotpk's control.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by sotpk, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
sotpk operates in compliance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. All deposit and withdrawal activity is monitored. Where suspicious activity is identified, sotpk may delay, withhold, or reverse a transaction and report the matter to the relevant regulatory authority. Users are prohibited from depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
PKR Native Platform: All balances, bets, bonuses, and payouts on sotpk are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. There are no hidden conversion fees on any transaction.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by sotpk are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the individual offer terms and these general Terms, the individual offer terms shall prevail in respect of that specific promotion.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a lower rate or not at all.
All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue. Any unused bonus funds or unmet wagering requirements after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are stated in each individual offer's terms. sotpk is not obligated to issue reminders before bonus expiry.
sotpk reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals, and close accounts where bonus abuse is suspected. Prohibited behaviour includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements while minimising risk, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
Promotional offers are available to eligible registered players only. sotpk reserves the right to limit or exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are not transferable and have no cash value until all wagering requirements are met.
All bets and gaming activity on sotpk are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface, supplemented by these general Terms. In the event of a technical error, sotpk reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This applies to both casino games and sportsbook markets.
Sportsbook markets — including PSL cricket, international Test and T20 series, football, and UFC — are settled in accordance with sotpk's published sportsbook rules. Bet settlement is based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body. In cases of match abandonment, postponement, or walkover, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's rules as outlined in sotpk's sportsbook terms.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bets and vary by market, game, and account status. These limits are displayed at the point of placing each bet or spin. sotpk reserves the right to adjust stake limits for any market or game at any time without prior notice.
In the event of a malfunction of any game, system, or software, all bets and pays in relation to the affected round are void and stakes will be returned. sotpk accepts no liability for losses arising from technical malfunctions outside its direct control, including issues related to user device or internet connectivity.
sotpk is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, reality check reminders, and self-exclusion. Players who feel they need a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of between one month and five years, or a permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be permitted to register a new account. sotpk will take reasonable steps to prevent you from accessing the platform during your self-exclusion.
You may set the following limits on your account at any time: daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits; session time limits; loss limits; and wager limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect, in the interest of player protection.
sotpk enforces a strict 21+ policy. Age verification is conducted during registration and again at the KYC stage. If at any point we have reason to suspect a user is under 21, the account will be suspended pending verification. All content on the sotpk platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of sotpk or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any sotpk intellectual property.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any sotpk content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of sotpk's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sotpk excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to technical failure; loss of data; loss of profits or anticipated savings; or any unauthorised access to your account.
sotpk does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You access and use the platform entirely at your own risk.
Gambling involves financial risk. sotpk is not liable for gambling losses sustained through normal use of the platform. Please only gamble with funds you can afford to lose.
sotpk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable evidence or suspicion of: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; money laundering; bonus abuse; provision of false information; or any other conduct detrimental to sotpk or its users. Upon termination for cause, any balance may be withheld pending investigation.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team at support@sotpk.com. Upon voluntary closure with no outstanding Terms violations, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your nominated payment method after any outstanding KYC requirements are satisfied.
Upon account termination — whether by sotpk or by the user — all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Clauses relating to intellectual property, liability limitation, and dispute resolution shall survive termination and remain in force.
sotpk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. Key principles include: data is collected only for legitimate purposes; it is not sold to third parties; it is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption; and you have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sotpk holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to sotpk's internal dispute resolution process. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction within 8 weeks, you may escalate the dispute to the relevant licensing authority's alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service.
sotpk endeavours to resolve all player complaints promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint, please contact support@sotpk.com with full details of your account and the nature of the dispute. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 10 business days.
